NOVO FESTIVAL revela a sinergia entre as artes visuais, a performance e o pensamento cr\u00edtico. Em tempos de incerteza, a produ\u00e7\u00e3o art\u00edstica contempor\u00e2nea dever\u00e1 ter como objectivo a forma\u00e7\u00e3o de comunidades h\u00edbridas como um acto de revolta pol\u00edtica.
