Pinelopi Triantafyllou

Pinelopi Triantafyllou was born in Athens, Greece. She studied scenography and costume design and she has a master degree on lighting design. She collaborated with several theatres in Greece as set and costume designer. After she finished her studies, she started finding interest in the sector of lighting installations and visual art. since then, she has participated in art’s exhibitions in Greece and abroad exploring the use and abilities of different lighting and space aspects. She has been resident artist in La Napoule art Foundation in France. She has worked with mosaics, ceramics, photography and the last years she is working with fabric. Since 2017 she is based in Lisbon working on her own studio and in a parallel way she works as a freelance photographer, stage and lighting designer.
